What can your bars be hired for?

Our cart or mobile bars can be hired for just about any event you can dream up. Weddings, birthdays, corporate events, photoshoots, festivals, honestly we can go on and on. We currently offer specialty coffee, mocktails, pastries and finger food options.

 

What is provided in your service packages?

Two trained baristas / servers, cooler, coffee cups + kiosk items (i.e. stirrers, sugar, lids,etc) Our bars will be decorated to compliment your event, this includes lighting, floral accents, signage, and any additional items available at our discretion. All staff will have on stylish attire. We take care of all the details so you can focus on making memories.

 

What are the dimensions of your bars?

Our Coffee Cart is 4’x9’x 7’ height. Our mobile bars are 2’x6’ max.

Do you rent for film shoots?

Yes! Our coffee cart, bar and caravan are available for photoshoots, film shoots and staging. Based on availability.

Will you travel?

We are based in The Bronx, New York and are road trip ready! Additional fees may apply based on location and travel distance. A max of 30 miles are included in all quotes anything further may incur additional fees.

 

Do you serve coffee?

Hek Yeah! We can offer tea and specialty coffee service at your event. Please see our package options for pricing. 

 

What do I need to provide?

For most events all we need from you is access to power for our Caravan (We require 20amp-40amp access) We can also provide a generator for a rental fee of $200. We also ask that proper garbage disposal is available.

 

You had us at Hello, How do we book?

Just go ahead and fill out our booking form and once we get all of the details of your event finalized we will send you over an invoice and contract. Once signed, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date and you are all set!

 

What is your cancellation policy?

If the host cancels a booking, please note that all booking deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. We will provide you with our terms and conditions along with your quote. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our policies.

 

Do you have General Liability Insurance?

Yes! We never leave home without it.

 

What is the length of time allowed for a booking?

Our packages vary based on the event. Generally speaking most of our events fall into two blocks Happy Hour (1hr) Happier Hours (3hrs) Every event is very unique, so be sure to reach out to our team to go over the details of your occasion here…

 

How much will it cost to book?

We do offer priced package options for both our Caravan and Pop Up Bars. If your event is hella cool and our package options don't cover your needs just give us a shout and request a custom quote.

If I don’t select a catered service can you set up a cash bar at my event?

Unfortunately we do not offer an option to set up a cash bar in place of our package pricing. We do advise that you send us an inquiry form regarding your event and we will do our best to accommodate. If you are an organizer for a public event or festival and are interested in having us participate please contact our team directly.
